The journey begins with a request for a test kit for your skin. This kit contains everything you need to gather the information you need to formulate your products. It will be shipped conveniently to your home and inside you will find directions for the initial testing ritual.
The test can be purchased through our website, however each test will be reimbursed within your purchases, thus making it free.
In the kit you will find all the material necessary for the analysis. You won’t have to ship anything, once you have the test, the process is totally digital.
The kit contains two skin pads, for the forehead and cheeks, a sachet of our special cleanser, the indications for the analysis and a QR Code.
By framing the QR Code, which you find inside the kit, with your smartphone you will be directed to a page on our site, where you can upload a picture of the two pads.
For a perfect product, scientific data is not enough. Following from uploading the test photo we will ask you a few questions that tell us about you will allow us to formulate the tailored products most akin not only to your skin, but also to your tastes and skin goals.
Using our algorithms, formulations are generated that take into account all the data collected about your skin, your tastes and your skin goals.
The perfect products you are then shown. Each product shown has a unique formulation created from the information collected.
Once you have selected the products, you can customize each formulation during purchase by choosing to have it unscented or one from a wide selection of fragrances, making the product even more personal.
Each product, bottle, couvette will bear your name.
At the end of the journey, your products will have been created around you, tailored in all aspects.
You will receive the products tailor-made for you in the comfort of your own home, complete with accessories, advice on your own routine and optimal use of the products.
