Where can I buy your products

You can purchase our products online or at our retailers: aesthetic medicine centers, perfumeries, high-level beauty centers, luxury wellness centers, pharmacies with high-level cosmetics departments. You can find the complete list on the contact page.

How are the Skin Pads used?

Place the forehead Skin Pad and cheek Skin Pad directly on the designated part of the face with the gray area of the Pad in contact with the skin. Press for 5 seconds and place the Skin Pads on the back of the card in the designated section. Take a picture and upload it anytime to the site by framing the QR code.

After using the Glowal Skin Pads, do I have to send anything back?

No. Follow the online path using the QR Code you find on the instructions inside the kit. You won't have to send anything back, but through sending an 'image from your smartphone, directly from our site, our labs will receive the data and be ready to make your custom products.

How do you tailor my formula?

We combine the data from the Skin Pads and the Quiz answers of each individual user. The algorithm reads the data and turns it into values to create your customized formula. The best ingredients and percentages for your skin are sent as a bill of materials to our lab where your product is formulated, created, packaged, and customized.

How do you handle allergens?

Our products are composed of hypoallergenic ingredients. Skin testing does not detect allergies, as the only way there is to test for individual allergies is to do an allergy test. Allergy also can be triggered by a number of factors in conjunction and not to the specific ingredient. Allergens, if there are any, are contained almost exclusively in fragrances and you can view them on the product page by selecting the fragrance you prefer.

How come I don't see the INCI in the individual products?

The INCI of our products is formulated based on your skin and changes from person to person: if you don't see the INCI in the product sheet, it is because we have not yet gathered enough information to create your formula. If you have already completed the skin test, you will be able to see a preview of your INCI inside the product, which may change after testing with the Skin Pads. You will receive the final INCI of your product inside your shipment.

You can do it whenever you like throughout the day. For best results we recommend that you do it in the morning before washing your face.

Within how many days do I get the Skin Pads?

It depends on the time and day you place the order: if the order is placed by 12 noon on a business day, we will ship the Skin Pads the same day and you will receive them within 3 business days. If the order is placed after 12 noon, we will ship the next business day.

How is my sensitive information used?

Sensitive information is handled in full compliance with current regulations.

What does T.U.O. mean?

This is a specific feature of some products that have a double chamber inside the pot that contains two different formulations, one for the T-zone (forehead) and one for the U-zone (cheeks and chin). The two formulations are made from scratch based on the scientific characteristics of your skin and your needs.

How can I place an order?

Once you have filled out the Quiz, you can add the product you selected to your shopping cart and proceed to fill out the required fields while also deciding on your preferred method of payment.

What is and how does the promo code work?

A promotional discount code is a code consisting of a series of letters and/or numbers that you can enter directly at check out to take advantage of a discount on the final price of your cart. You will simply copy and paste the code inside the space provided "Got a coupon? Insert it here".

What is your return policy?

Products are custom-made for you, making them unique and personal. For this reason, they cannot be returned. However, we are confident that we can help you find the best solution for your skincare and products. Please contact us at support@glowalmilano.com within 30 days of ordering for a reformulation or refund.

How soon after purchase will I receive the order?

Kits with Skin Pads usually takes 3 business days. Products purchased must be formulated and made, after which they will be prepared for shipping. Typically 4-5 business days are required for delivery.

What happens if the courier fails to deliver my package?

You will receive an email from GLS notifying you when the second delivery attempt is made.

The courier didn't find me, what should I do?

You will be contacted by the courier via email with information about the second delivery attempt.

My order has returned to the sender, what should I do?

We can arrange for a second shipment. Please contact us at support@glowalmilano.com.

I received one or more products that were damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us at support@glowalmilano.com within 30 days of ordering for a reformulation or refund.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently Glowal Milan offers shipments for the Italian territory. Soon, shipments to the European territory will also be available.

Is it possible to postpone the shipment of an order?

If the shipment has not yet left our warehouse, you can postpone delivery. Please contact us at support@glowalmilano.com or on Whatsapp to inquire about the status of your order and any change.

I got the tracking but it is not active yet. What does that mean?

It means that the shipment has been registered in GLS systems but has not yet departed. We advise you to wait and keep track of the tracking which should activate within 1 business day. If this is not the case, you can contact us at support@glowalmilano.com or on Whatsapp.

On tracking the status is "Wrong address." What does that mean?

The courier made an attempt to deliver but did not match the address given. Write to us on Whatsapp or support@glowalmilano.com so we can correct the address and reschedule the delivery.

On the GLS tracking the status is "Recipient unknown." What does that mean?

The courier made a delivery attempt but did not match the name given. Write to us on Whatsapp or support@glowalmilano.com so we can correct the shipping information and reschedule the delivery.

On GLS tracking my order is "In Transit", what does that mean?

Your order has shipped but has not yet arrived at the appropriate local location. We recommend that you wait and keep track of the tracking which should update shortly.

Can I change my delivery address?

If the shipment has not yet left our warehouse, you can change the delivery address. Please contact us at support@glowalmilano.com or on Whatsapp to request your order status and any change.

How can I register?

Creating an account is super easy and free! Just enter the required information and choose a password. Confirmation of the email address will not be necessary. Registered users can receive important information about their skin and advice on the best products for their personalized skin routine.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

To retrieve your password simply click on the section in the Login form "forgot password" and enter the email for your account. You will receive an email to your address with instructions for resetting your password.

How can I delete my account?

If you wish to delete your account, you can send a request to support@glowalmilano.com and we will proceed with the deletion.

What payment methods are accepted?

How does installment payment work?

With Klarna you can pay for your purchases and divide the cost into three equal installments. At the time of payment, you will see the option "Pay in 3 installments without interest". You will simply enter your card information to complete the purchase. Klarna does not charge interest, fees or charges for using the card. But your bank may charge interest or other fees if you pay with a credit card that provides, for example, some form of interest.

Is it safe to pay on your site?

  • We collect your skin science data, skin goals and preferences through the quiz and skin pads
  • Our algorithm processes the data and codes it to calculate the perfect amount of ingredients that will make up your custom formula from scratch
  • The lab receives instructions, the type of ingredients and the quantities needed to make the perfect product for your skin
  • Your formula is scented and packaged in packaging that bears your name, which will then be shipped directly to your home

Are the products really tailor-made?

Yes, 100%. Our innovative patented process makes it possible to quickly formulate and manufacture products tailored to the user from a combination of scientific and sensory data, collected easily and intuitively on our site.

What are the active ingredients in the products?

The formulations section of our website contains detailed information about the functions that are expressed within Glowal Milano products, with descriptions of the active ingredients that characterize them.

Do the products contain sunscreens?

Yes. Some of the products in the Glowal Milano line contain sunscreen filters. In particular some products related to daytime use, such as the Moisturizing Face Cream.

Do the products contain parabens?

No. All Glowal Milano products are free of parabens, benzoates and petrolatum. The quality of active ingredients is guaranteed by the traceability of raw materials.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Absolutely. Years of battles have brought European standards to a great result: safeguarding animals. Glowal Milano adheres to the highest quality standards and firmly believes in conscious processes.

Where are cosmetics produced?

All Glowal Milano products are produced entirely in Italy, within our company's laboratories. A structure that could cover the special needs of custom product production did not exist, so we made it ad hoc in-house. The method, being unique and innovative, is followed in all steps within the company.

What is the expiration date of the products?

If unopened and properly stored they have a shelf life of 5 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened they should preferably be used within 6 months, as indicated in the PAO on each bottle or jar.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, all our products have no contraindications.

How can I test for allergic reactions?

You can test for allergic reactions through two applications of the product, on 2 different days.

Otherwise, ask our friendly team
