Do I need to wash my face after using this product?

Yes, as this is a cleansing product that works by affinity. The oily agents in this product capture dirt and makeup residues: they are fats that capture other fats, which is why it is said to work by affinity. It is therefore necessary to wash your face with a cleansing gel to remove them completely.

Are the products truly custom-made?

Yes, 100%. Our innovative patented process allows us to quickly formulate and create custom-made products for the user, starting from a combination of scientific and sensory data, collected simply and intuitively on our website.

Do the products contain parabens?

No. All Glowal Milano products are free of parabens, benzoates, and petrochemicals. The quality of the active ingredients is guaranteed through the traceability of the raw materials.

Where are the cosmetics produced?

All Glowal Milano products are entirely produced in Italy, within our company's laboratories. A facility that could meet the unique requirements for the production of custom-made products did not exist, so we created one in-house. The method, being unique and innovative, is followed in all steps within the company.

What is the shelf-life of the products?

If not opened and properly stored, they have a shelf-life of 5 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, they should preferably be used within 6 months, as indicated in the PAO on each bottle or jar.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, none of our products have contraindications.
