Where to apply

Massage the formula in the T-shaped chamber on your forehead and nose, and the U-shaped chamber on your cheeks and chin. Avoid the eye area.

Tips

Apply it twice a day, morning and evening, after cleansing. For an hydration boost, use a mask containing isomerate saccharide once a week, a powerful moisturizer that is water-resistant and lasts up to 48 hours.

It depends on how much hydration your skin needs. Thanks to our skin pads and based on your needs, we can determine exactly the right amount of moisturizing ingredients needed and create your formula from scratch.

Can I use this product if I have excessive sebum production?

Yes, as the formulation is custom-made for your skin. With the help of skin pads, we can understand the type and amount of ingredients needed to hydrate your skin without making it greasy. Every skin type needs hydration; none are excluded. It's just a matter of knowing the most effective and correct way to achieve this goal.

What does T.U.O. mean?

T.U.O. refers to a specific feature in some products that have a dual chamber inside the jar, containing two different formulations—one for the T-zone (forehead) and one for the U-zone (cheeks and chin). These two formulations are custom-made from scratch based on the scientific characteristics of your skin and your needs.

Are the products truly custom-made?

Yes, 100%. Our innovative patented process allows us to quickly formulate and create custom-made products for the user, starting from a combination of scientific and sensory data, collected simply and intuitively on our website.

Do the products contain parabens?

No. All Glowal Milano products are free of parabens, benzoates, and petrochemicals. The quality of the active ingredients is guaranteed through the traceability of the raw materials.

Where are the cosmetics produced?

All Glowal Milano products are entirely produced in Italy, within our company’s laboratories. A facility that could meet the special requirements of producing custom-made products did not exist, so we created one specifically in-house. The method, being unique and innovative, is followed in all steps within the company.

What is the shelf-life of the products?

If not opened and properly stored, they have a shelf-life of 5 years from the date of manufacture. Once opened, they should preferably be used within 6 months, as indicated in the PAO on each bottle or jar.

Can I use the products during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

Yes, none of our products have contraindications.

Yes, this product contains sunscreen because sun exposure contributes to skin dehydration.
